About Our Mechanics
Years of experience, thousands of parts!
Wayne, our store manager, joined us in 2004 as a BMX rider. He is now a family man and has matured into a dedicated mountain bike rider, with a stable of bikes which would be the envy of many a professional rider.
His experience and advice is respected by customers throughout the region.
Paul has been with us since 2009 and joined from Motorworld where he managed the local store.
He started his career in the cycle trade with respected frame builders Bob Jackson and still maintains an interest in road cycling.
Sacha joined us in late 2016 and is well known in local cycling circles as, for many years, he was the face and manager of Phillipson’s in Garforth (now renamed Dave Raynor Cyclesport Ltd).
Sacha has a particular interest in Vintage road cycles and spends his spare time riding, repairing and sourcing parts for his ever expanding collection of classic bikes.
Jack is the oldest member of the team and now just works part time.
He is part of an accomplished cycling family whose successes pass through different generations. His brother was a renowned frame builder (Macklam Cycles) who had a shop on Crossgates Road, near to where we are now based.
